I don't see any comments on your blog. Just wanted you to know that I have been following your blog for a few months and find it very informative. Keep up the good work. I notice you live in Cincinnati. I visited there years ago and fell in love with the chili. I can't get it where I live, so I have concocted my own Cinci chili recipe. It took many pots of chili to get close to Skyline flavor.
