Banks have terrible customer service and are built this way to cause of audit requirements and regulations. Any hope of this changing is furlone.

I had a loan with WAMU and their service was so bad i wanted to refi so i did not have to deal with them. They messed up several things including for some insane reason stopping the automatic payments going to them.

But in trying to the loan re-fi I got denied from Bank of America (which had my main loan) even though my monthly payments would have been less and thus easier to pay!

Amazing. Ridiculous. Upsetting.

Finally was able to find a good mortgage broker and now have consolidated my loans into one lower amount with Wells Fargo.
